Today I lead delivery at Atlas Copco Group's global in-house delivery centre in Pune, for teams across Sweden and India.
- Close to execution
I started by doing the work.
My first role was in graphic operations: brand implementation and digital asset production for advertising clients. That gave me a practical understanding of how work actually gets produced, and what client delivery demands.
- Coordinating it
Then I learned to coordinate it.
Moving into project coordination, I managed backlogs and Jira boards, coordinated sprints and UAT, and helped move creative production from waterfall to sprint-based planning.
- Leading teams
Then to lead the team doing it.
As Lead Project Coordinator, I ran Scrum for BFSI and healthcare software teams, introduced Kanban to production teams, and led five project coordinators.

Now I lead delivery, and improve how it runs.
Since 2022 I've led delivery at Atlas Copco Group's global in-house delivery centre in Pune, for teams across Sweden and India. Alongside delivery, I've rewritten how the centre operates: SOPs with clear ownership, a standard estimation framework, onboarding, vendor processes and reporting.

Microsoft Copilot and Claude are part of how I work every day, and I've built AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including one that gathers detailed requirements before work starts.
